Model XTRI-M
The Siemens – Fire Safety Intelligent Interface Module (Model XTRI-M) is designed to provide the means of interfacing direct shorting devices to the fire-alarm control panel (FACP) loop circuit. The module uses one (1) address on the loop.
Model XTRI-M provides built-in, intelligent dual isolation, and meets Class X (Style 7) survivability requirements. Additionally, Model XTRI-M allows up to 190 isolators per loop, and up to 30 devices between isolators (wired in polarity insensitive mode). The devices between isolators can either be pre-existing `H’- series or later `X’ generation devices.
Model XTRI-M is designed to supervise and control a N.O. or N.C. contact, and reports the contact status to the FACP.
